Henry A. Wirta

Henry A. Wirta is a partner in the San Francisco office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter. His practices focuses on product liability defense, chiropractic malpractice defense and defense of public accommodations with respect to the American's with Disabilities Act.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California cum laude, in 1977 and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, in 1983. He was the recipient of the Am, Jur Award for Professional Responsibility and was the Chairman of the Moot Court Board.

He has been a member of the California Bar since 1983 and a member of the Trial Attorneys of American.

He has been a speaker at the Trial Attorneys of America annual meeting in Chicago and has spoken at seminars involving chiropractic malpractice and issues involving Title III of the American with Disabilities Act.
